14 Days imperial & Desert tour from Tangier

Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen

We will take you from the port, airport or hotel.You will discover the landmarks of Tangier Minaret.Tangier Walls are surrounded by five neighborhoods belonging to the old city of Tangier: Beni Idr, Jinan Qobtan, Kasbah, Oued Ahradan and Dar El-Baroud.

We travel to the city of Chefchaouen Blue for beautiful blue jewelry.  All buildings and alleys painted blue and white, one of the most beautiful cities in the countryside.  You will have free time to explore it yourself.  We spend the night at the hotel.

Day 2: Free day in Chefchaouen

Free day in Chefchaouen to discover the rest of the places.  Night at the hotel.

Day 3: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

After breakfast at the hotel, we will begin our journey to the Volubilis crossing of Ouazan and other rural villages, in Volubilis we will stop to discover the Roman ruins and locate the archaeological site of Moroccan history.  After visiting the monuments, we will move to the city of Meknes, from the 17th century, where we will stop for lunch and stroll through the vast historical walls of the city, Bab Mansour.  Spend the night in Riyadh for dinner and stay.

Day 4: Explore Fez

After breakfast, you will start to explore Morocco’s oldest city, walking through alleys and small streets.  Our visit begins with a visit to the Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarter, the first marina built in Morocco, built during the 14th century.  We will assure you that you are visiting all sites of cultural and historical importance, including the famous University of Karaouine, which is the oldest in the world, Dabbagh and Moulay Idriss.  After lunch in a traditional Moroccan restaurant, visit the cooperative and tiles and then enjoy a panoramic view of the entire city of Fez.  We will spend the night in Riyadh.

Day 5: Fez – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Merzouga

After breakfast, you will travel through the Mediterranean Atlas via Morocco Ifrane and Azrou.  You will stop in the Cedar Forest to visit the Cedre Gouraud tree, where you will see the Barbary monkeys by nature.  From here, we will go south across many cities and have the opportunity to see the Bedouins living in tents along the way.  You’ll also see volcanic rocks.  Our next stop is in Midelt where you can enjoy lunch.  Later, continue our journey through the Tizi N’Talghomt Pass (1907) while enjoying panoramic views.  Ziz Gorge and the tunnel will also pass.  Near Rashidiya, you’ll see the Hassan al-Dakhil tower, which has dark blue waters.  Follow our drive to Erfoud and stop to enjoy panoramic views of the palm trees of Ofos along the Ziz River.  Continue your journey to Merzouga via Erfoud via the Tafilalet Oasis, Morocco’s largest palm grove.  Access to Merzouga in the afternoon and register at your hotel.  Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Merzouga and camel rides

After breakfast at the hotel, you will start an expedition to the area, visit the Bedouin in the goat kebab and learn about life in the desert, then visit the people of Gnaoua who were originally slaves to Sudan and will have the opportunity to listen to their music and learn their culture and way of life.  Depending on the time you visit during the year, you can visit Lake Merzouga and the amount of birds it contains, such as “flamingos”.  In the afternoon, you will be taken to the desert camp to explore the mysterious Erg-Chebbi Sea.  You will enjoy the beauty of the desert and sunset in the golden sand dunes.  After sunset, enjoy your dinner and concert by the fire in front of the camp where you will spend your first night under the stars, or if you prefer.  The camp is equipped with western bathrooms.

Day 7: Merzouga – Erfoud – Rissani – Gorges Dades

You will wake up in the morning to watch the magical sunrise before having breakfast in the camp, you will return to Merzouga via camel or SUV it is up to you to choose, we will pass on Erfoud you can visit the dinosaur museum, you will discover the minaret Rissani, we will reach the Dades Gorges intended for tourists  From around the world an ideal place for mountaineering enthusiasts, overnight stay and dinner at a hotel.

Day 8: Gorges of Dades – Ouarzazate

After breakfast we will cross the Dades Gorge through Boumalen town. We will visit Kalaat Maguna famous for its flowers and derivatives. The Roses Festival is organized every week of the year.  We will pass on Skoura, 40 km from Ouarzazate. We will discover the Kasbah of Tourrette and the Studio of Ouarzazate, which made the Hollywood preacher Africa, the overnight stay at the Hotel Ouarzazate.

Day 9: Ouarzazate – Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou – Essaouira

We will start from Ouarzazate after breakfast, we will pass on the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou World Heritage UNESCO will discover the place with a local guide, we will reach to Essaouira after noon will discover the walls that were built in order to protect the minaret from the wind, there are large cannons they used  In the war, you will discover the markets of the minaret and its traditional craftsmen, staying in Essaouira.

Day 10: Full day in Essaouira

Day 11: Essaouira – Marrakech

After breakfast, we will leave for the city of Marrakech, through the forest of argan trees and visit one of the families who live in the region, all the way to Marrakech to visit its historical and tourist attractions, overnight in Marrakech.

Day 12: Marrakech – Azoud Falls – Marrakech

After breakfast, we will head for a day trip to one of Morocco’s finest attractions, the Ouzoud Waterfalls.  The waterfalls are located near the village of Tanagmelt, 150 km northeast of Marrakech, in the Great High Atlas,

We will go for lunch, there are many small cafes overlooking the wonderful panorama.  In the summer months, the area is a paradise to escape the heat of the city, and you can refresh yourself in clear water after meager will return To Marrakech where the property is.

Day 13: Marrakech – Casablanca – Rabat – Asilah

Today we head to Asilah, and we will pass through important cities such as Casablanca and Rabat (the capital of Morocco) where we visit the Hassan II Mosque.  Then we head north to Asilah – an elegant city on the coast, shimmering in blue.  We stay here overnight at hotel dinner and accommodation.

Day 14: Asilah – Tangier

After breakfast we will leave for Tangier after visiting the authentic Minaret landmarks, dinner and accommodation in Tangier.
